Your Marrakech to Imlil Valley Day Trip begins with a pick-up from your hotel or riad in Marrakech at 8:30 AM. We’ll drive for about an hour to reach the stunning Moulay Brahim Gorges. After arriving at the trail’s primary entrance, enjoy the scenic surroundings as we continue our journey through streams and winding paths. To enhance your experience, we’ll take a camel ride through this captivating landscape, passing by traditional Berber settlements on our way to the Imlil Valley.

Upon reaching Imlil, you’ll be greeted with a refreshing cup of mint tea by the locals. From here, we’ll begin a beautiful trek of around two to three hours, making our way up to Armed, one of the most picturesque and important Berber villages in the region. Along the way, you’ll pass by the charming Berber settlement of Ait Souka, and you’ll also see the beautiful Ait Mizan and Targa manors.

As we make our way through the valley, you’ll have the opportunity to stop at Tamatert, a spot renowned for its terraced fields of grain, corn, and vegetables, all surrounded by lush cherry and walnut trees. These picturesque landscapes are a perfect photo opportunity. After about 30 more minutes of trekking, we’ll arrive at Ait Souka, where a local Berber family will welcome us into their home. Here, you’ll enjoy another mint tea and a traditional Berber lunch.

Once lunch is complete, we’ll make our way back down the valley, passing through Taourirt and continuing the journey back to Marrakech. You will be dropped off at your accommodation in Marrakech, concluding your Marrakech to Imlil Valley Day Trip.
